This Jamestown Avenue complex, located at the base of Bayview Hill near Candlestick Park, is a low-rise, 198 unit, planned development, providing a mixture of unit types and sizes. The project will be built on a vacant lot that is currently used as overflow parking for existing stadium activities. The buildings follow the existing contextual scale of the Bayview neighborhood, while site accommodates the integration of the existing city grid. The architecture is in a Neo-Mediterranean style, with typological references to the traditional San Francisco building culture. The project includes such amenities as three playgrounds, two fountains, park access, back yards (for ground floor units) and large private decks (for all units above grade).
